Commissioners Jennings

  Jerry Jennings currently chairs the Floyd County Commission and is in his third term as a commissioner, initially elected in 1998. He is a professor of Psychology at Berry College and a Licensed Professional   Counselor and serves business and industry as a Human Relations   and  Organizational Development Consultant. Jennings provides  Critical Incident   Stress Management Services. He is a member  of the Rome Chapter of   the NAACP and is a board member of   the Coosa River Basin Initiative, NW GA Boys and   Girls Club,   Coosa Valley Regional Development Center , and   Workforce   Investment Board.  He is chairman of the Executive   Committee of   NW GA Regional   Water Resources   Partnership. Additionally, he   serves on the Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Authority Board, Chairs the Judicial Services Committee and is a member of the Rome-Floyd Development Authority. He also serves as   the clinical   coordinator  for the   Rome/Floyd Crisis Response   Team.    Currently, he  is serving as Chairman of the Judicial Services Committee. .
