Chad Whitefield is an owner and director of Advance Rehabilitation Inc., a regional physical therapy corporation with its headquarters in Rome. Chad is also a partner in Schroeder’s New Deli in Armuchee. Chad and his wife Lauren have two children and are members of West Rome Baptist church where Chad serves on the missions committee.

Chad is a member of Rotary International, the Georgia Historical Society, The American Physical Therapy Association, Georgia Right to Life, Georgia Physical Therapy Association, and the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce. Chad is also a volunteer coach with the YMCA and Upward sports programs.

In his capacity as Floyd County Commissioner, Whitefield serves as the Chairman of the Administrative/Finance Committee as well as serving on the solid waste, building oversight, planning, fire overview, Sarah Hightower Regional Library, DFCS and joint services committees.
